Future Parish Council meetings

Full Parish Council: 7.00pm on Wednesday 22 July 2015 Neighbourhood, Planning and Environment Committee 10.30am on Thursday 6 August 2015 Unless otherwise indicated, meetings are held at the Parish Council office at 80 Hewell Road, Barnt Green. Agendas will be posted on the notice board outside Millennium Park. Residents are welcome to attend these meetings.

Annual Audit

The external auditors have completed their annual audit of the parish council’s accounts for 2014/15 and the parish council is now required to publish the notice of Conclusion of Audit.  A copy is on the noticeboard by Millennium Park and is as attached here…NOTICE OF CONCLUSION OF AUDIT

Monthly Parish Council surgery

Parish councillors will be available at the parish council office at 80 Hewell Road between 10.30am and 11.30am on the third Saturday of each month in order to meet residents and other village stakeholders wishing to raise issues or make enquiries. Come along and meet your councillors.
